20 pieces to start with, all from a single brand — the one of your choice. That's all.

Only 10 items per brand. Once this limit is reached, you can freely add other brands to your order.

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours, subject to availability. Your best-sellers will be back in stock soon.

Payment facilities
First order paid upon ordering, then 30 days for subsequent orders. You sell first, you pay later.
- Minimum order
- Minimum of 20 pieces on one brand, for the first order, then 10 pieces for each other brand. For restocking, the minimum is 10 pieces per brand.
- Shipping costs
- Single package, counted only once per order regardless of the brands ordered. This is what makes the multi-brand basket less expensive than three separate orders.
- Time limit
- Order prepared and shipped within 48 hours, Subject to availability. Stock shortages and restocking delays are indicated live in the catalogue.
- Your margin
- Coefficient of ×2,5, according to the references. The recommended retail price is shown on each product in the catalogue: you see your margin on the line, without calculation.
- Billing
- Price excluding taxes. One single invoice for the entire order. VAT exemption for resellers in the European Union with a valid intra-community VAT number.
- Payment
- First order paid for upon ordering. Then, payment due in 30 days across the entire portal — you sell before you pay, without tying up cash.
- Commitment
- None. No distribution contract, no annual target, no quota. You order when you want, what you want.

Can I list only one brand?
Of course, and this is the case for many of our retailers. The three brands cater to different customer segments: you are under no obligation to purchase them all. The minimum order of 20 items applies to only one brand, the one of your choice.
What profit margin can I make?
The recommended markup is 2.5 times the pre-tax price. The recommended retail price is shown on each product in the catalog: you can see your markup directly on the line, without any calculation.
When do I have to pay for my order?
The first order is paid for upon placement. After that, you benefit from 30-day payment terms across the entire portal, for all brands. This gives you time to sell before paying.
Is there a commitment regarding volume or duration?
None. No distribution contract, no annual target, no reorder quota. You order when you need it.
What is the lead time for a restock?
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours if the items are in stock. We are a small company: there is no approval process, and orders are processed the same day. Availability is displayed directly in the catalog.
How does geographical exclusivity work?
In small towns, it covers the entire municipality. In larger cities, it's defined by neighborhood. We discuss this with each store to understand its actual catchment area. And if a request comes in from a store near yours, we'll call you before making a decision.
I am based outside of France, can I still place an order?
Yes, we deliver throughout the European Union. If you have a valid EU VAT number, your order can be invoiced without VAT on a reverse charge basis, after your number has been validated.
What happens if a product arrives defective?
A manufacturing defect is covered and replaced on all three brands. Beyond the warranty, conditions vary depending on the product: Le Sou Français has a lifetime warranty, Olé-Olé is fully covered, and Les Mots Doux jewelry can be repaired at the workshop at a preferential retailer rate.
Can I have items customized for my shop?
Yes, from 20 pieces. Messages, colours or dedicated series: each request is studied with your sales contact, directly by telephone.
How long will it take to get access?
Allow approximately 48 business hours. Fanny will contact you to get acquainted, offer advice, and verify your location before granting access to the catalogue.
